SLS2: Who will lift the 2016 Challenge Cup?

Wolves, currently second in Super League, have reached the final for the first time since 2012 when they beat Leeds Rhinos at Wembley, and also won in 2010 and 2009 under current head coach Tony Smith.

Hull FC have not lifted the trophy since overcoming Leeds 25-24 at the Millennium Stadium in 2005, having suffered a 16-0 defeat by Wigan in their last final appearance in 2013, and have never won at Wembley.

But Lee Radford’s side have been in impressive form this season, securing their place in the Super League play-offs with victory over Catalans and sitting one point clear of Wolves at the top of the table.

The Black and Whites have also already done the league double over Warrington this season, winning 26-24 at the KCOM Stadium on Easter Monday before a 19-12 victory in the return fixture at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in June.
